- Calling vendors, acquiring items, designing event space, marketing event
- Planning for 220 current members to attend, anticipating 150 potential new members
Purpose of this event:
The purpose of this event is to tell college girls about Jesus and to show them what Phi Lamb is all about. We invite any college girl from Blinn and Texas A&M. We show them what Phi Lamb typically looks like throughout the year and work to recruit them to join us.
